What Values Motivate You?
I am motivated by:
- Trust: I do my best work when I’m trusted to take ownership, and I’m not questioned but instead challenged to think independently and keep my drive. I also value trusting those around me to bring the same dedication and responsibility.
- Excellence: With attention to detail and my best foot forward, I aim to deliver great work every time. Whether it’s completing tasks, communicating clearly, or keeping things organized, I want everything I do to reflect my best effort.

Favorite Ways to Spend Your Free Time?
I love big cities, so whenever I get the chance to explore landmarks, parks, streets, or shops, I’m happy. I also love music: listening to my favorite artists, whether live or on my headphones, always puts me in a good mood. I enjoy cooking, though I’m not sure everyone enjoys my dishes as much as I do, since I love adding all the spices. And spending time with friends, family, and pets always fills me with joy.
Favorite Industry Podcast/Show To Follow?

Favorite Area Of Your Work?
My favorite part of my work is the people. Whether it’s working with my team to deliver strong results or presenting our impact to clients and stakeholders, I really value collaboration. The human side of what we do is just as important as the technical side.
As A Kid, What Did You Want To Be When You Grew Up?
I wanted to be a computer scientist, writing code, working behind a computer, or inside of it, and phones – repairing parts and putting devices back together. I did get somewhere with my dream and got my degree in Computer Science, but early enough, I oriented myself towards business and marketing too, and decided that’s where I’d prefer to develop my career.
