Top 3 Influencers You Follow Religiously

Most Bizarre/Interesting Client Project

At the beginning of my SEO career, I did SEO and content marketing for a dating app comparison site that featured really shady dating apps. To do outreach while advertising apps was a nightmare, but I can confidently say that I managed to build up a trustworthy reputation for the brand and create content that was actually readworthy. Thanks to that, I now know the true meaning behind making a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.

What Values Motivate You?

Empathy, creativity, and ownership. In an ideal world, I would like to help artists live their dreams and help companies that follow a good cause to become visible online. I also firmly believe in respectful and open communication. For me, that’s the key to a good working relationship.

Favorite Ways to Spend Your Free Time

I have too many hobbies to choose from, but if it’s one of the following things I’m happy: having really good food at a restaurant, doing crafting projects with my daughter or my close group of friends, being in a fiction writing flow, having a picnic by the lake, dancing and singing at a concert of one of my favorite artists, watching Berlin’s musical version of Romeo and Juliet for the nth time, or spending a night in and watch Netflix with my partner or one of my best friends.

I can recommend watching SEO Office Hours by Goodsignals on Fridays. Whether you’re in SEO or not, it can give you great ideas and inspiration for your own work, and sometimes it’s nice to get a refresher on small issues you haven’t faced in a while.

Favorite Area Of Your Work?

I’m definitely a content marketing girl. I love everything about it, from brainstorming and strategizing a holistic multichannel strategy to building content calendars and even creating any kind of content. Also, I find it the most satisfying thing to break down wild ideas and research into structured resources.

One other part I really like is to do workshops and presentations, especially for people who are not at all familiar with SEO.

As A Kid, What Did You Want To Be When You Grew Up?

I really wanted to be a musical actress, but I didn’t have the most supportive music teacher in school, so I let go of that plan. I also remember that I wanted to become a dentist when I was really small because mine was so nice and I loved going there.
